Aironet EAP Question

Right now I have two Aironet AP's. Using WEP open 128. I want to be able to roam between the two ap's using the same key. the EAP option will auth to a server. how do i set this up? is the server a parent ap or what? or is there another way to do this without using EAP.

auth server needs to be a radius server
