My MB has a AGP fan connector and I am going to install an AGP Video Adapter on it. Should I have a fan to go with it? and where does it go? Thanks

Most of the good AGP Cards come with heatsinks and fans on them
and if yer going AGP, i wouldnt recomend you go with one of those cheap 8Meg AGP Cards
if you dont wana spend money, get a card with a TNT2 Ultra Chipset(like the Creative Labs TNT2 Ultra), but if you got money to blow, maybe upto 300$, you can get a Geforce SDR card(seen them as low as 150$ for the OEMs), or the DDR(double rate memory). i have an Elsa Erazor X2(which is a Geforce DDR) for about 300$, but anything from Nvidia like TNT2 or Geforce, is almost always gona have a heatsink and fan right on the card, but if yer overclocking, i'd recomend a slot fan, not a addon fan to the card.
(oh btw since the release of the Geforce, TNT2s have droped prices really really low, and i recomend getting a tNT2 Ultra, it's still a pretty sweet chip in my opinion)
Karl
kb244@bellsouth.net
<a href=
Experienced in , or have messed with : VC++, Borland C++ Builder, VB-Dos, VB1 thru VB6, Delphi 3 pro, Borland C++ 3(DOS), Borland C++ 4.5, HTML, ASP(somewhat), QBasic(hehe, yea it was 4.5 too, least i didnt start with COBOL)
