Agents kicked into aux mode eventhough they are available

Hello All

I have a call center that is set up in a non eas environment. When a call comes in the agents are waiting for the call and the call is answered. However if an agent RONAs the call does not hunt for the next available agent, the call will then follow the steps in the vector and goes to the next step.

What is it I must change inorder for the call to continue to search for the next available agent?
