Agent Report

Is there a report within CentreVu that allows you to enter in a skill and show you the the agents assigned to that skill (logged in or not) and their associated skill? This is available using the terminal emulator but not with CentreVu Supervisor gui but I want to export the information to excel.

I don't believe so... an alternate method to export this information is to use ASA to run a report.. In the advanced section, click on report and type the command list agent, export to your location etc.... or you could use the export data function, pick agent login ID then next, select the fields you want in the report then export etc... You can use the scheduling feature to automatically run the report and place in a network location.
