Agent Randomly logging in

Agent is used to route calls to mobiles on incoming calls to vector

i.e if skill X is great than 0 route to 07XXXXXXXXXX

the agent in question is randomly logging into various station for no apparent reason.

there is varous skills and agents on the same vectors routing to different mobiles but only this one automatically logs in..

Any thoughts...
 
forgot to mention i have asked the customer to check the call logs of the phones where it has been set incase they have miss dialed a number setting the feature access code.

awaiting feedback on this.
 
put a password on the agent login. before we did this we had a user dial the "fire alarm" agent login which was a pretty long string. the login string can be dialed from any phone by the way.

yes thats what i presumed even though the customer id sure this is not the case, i was going to change the Agent ID but adding the passcode is a much simpler idea
