I have yet to witness it first hand, but my users are claiming that the agent phones on one of my ACDs are putting themselves into Make Set Busy and Not Ready status at about the same general time every day.
They say it started happening last week, so I don't think it was the Succession 3.0 upgrade from before Thanksgiving. I can't find any changes that may have taken place to make this happen and I can't find documentation on how to make a queue do this if I actually wanted it to.
Does anyone have a suggestion on where to look? Without any other direction I'm just going to sit in front of the agent phone from 10-11am and wait to see it happen.
