Agent Oracle: Problem with .DBF file

Hi,

I'm trying to make a backup of an Oracle DataBase but the bakup always finishes with the error: The file TEMP.DBF is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify.

The database seems to be OK. I've tried with AOFO and without. The files to backup are selected only through the Oracle Agent

The version of the agent is 5.0.2.6

I dont know what to check. Any ideas?
