I have a MICS 6.1 with a Cp100 with basic call center. system is licensed for 2 groups, 10 agents (active).
I had 6 total agents, added 2 today. logged in agent 7 fine. Cannot log in agent 8. I go to the phone (a t7316e) press Login, enter agent id, and password and screen gives me IN, so I press the softkey under IN and nothing happens. This particular phone will not let any agent log in. Changed phones, changed ports, still no log in. on another phone, I can log in agents 1-7 just fine.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
