Is there anyway on a CICS 6.1 and Callpilot 100 to have the night service button, when pushed, default to after-hours menu no matter what time of day it is?
no ... the greetings/options in the CP are controlled by time
on the other hand there can be a night service button to control the ringing of calls - to anywhere u want
What if you used F982 and the Business Closed then had it Night Ring to the AA. I think it would play your Business closed greeting no matter what time of day it is. Just a thought
