After upgrade from R5.03 to R5.05, the server is down.

Our Domino server upgrade from R5.03 to R5.05. The serve is down. The error message said:"The instruction "0x02681781" referenced memory at "0x06a80004" The memory could not be "writen".
Our OS is Window 2000.
