After install of SP4 on Win2k compuer keeps locking.

I used the windows update tool in Internet Explorer to install SP4 on Win2k.
After reboot I log back in and a few seconds later i get the "computer locked" screen.
This happens over and over again.
I log in and then with about 5 seconds it goes back to "This Computer is in use and has been locked.
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to unlock this computer."

Any one know a fix for this?

Can you TS into the box to troubleshoot it?

Check to see if the screen saver is being called. See what is currently active in memory and check the event logs.
