Im looking to set up a dial by name Automated Attendant solution for a vendor using Meridian mail. Everything seems to working great you press 1 it tells you to enter name, you then dial the name and the person's name and mailbox # is said and then it tells us that # can not be reached by this service? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have set up a "Thru Dial". In that Thru-Dial Definition, there is a "Restriction/Permission Set"

That is where to start looking.
