I have a customer, they state a call comes in to x3001, then covers to point 1 of a coverage path (x3133) Extension 3133 is the support person for x3001, they then state x3133 places the call on hold. Walk over to x3001 and the call is sitting on hold of the first call appearance of x3001 and can be picked up without a bridged appearance. My first response was that this was impossible without a bridged appearance of x3133 on x3001 due to the fact that once the call covers, it's off the original station and now belongs to x3133. Is there any setting that any of you are aware of, where the original station would somehow hang onto the call after coverage, such that it could be picked up by the original station after it had covered simply by the first coverage point placing the call on hold???
