After Compas Insight Manager, lots of problems !

After the installation of Compaq Insight Manager, the server is very very slow. Besides all the new services installed by CIM don't want to start. I installed with CIM the SNMP service and Compaq Insight Management Agent for server.

From where can be the problem ?

If someone could answer, that'll be a great help
