After a Process has been started, I

After a Process has been started, I can go into the Windows Task Manager and right-click on a process and then set the priority. This priority is reset to normal when I end the process or restart the computer.

Is there a way to set the process priority when the process is started?
 
Use the start command. Drop to a DOS prompt and "start /?" for help on using it.
