Can someone recomend a good way to pay advertisers banners on the heading of frontpage web pages in a frame, so it always stays at the top of the screen? I also wanted to know if i could have the affiliate banner change every couple of seconds, if someone could recomend an affiliate program that offers this feature, so i don't have to perform any programming, that would be fine too.<br><br>thanks in advance
