if you are talking about "WebLM", the license manager, that is just a web server with the application installed. It usually gets installed on anything that needs to be licenses, such as the SES (SIP) server, or the old VOIP Monitor Manager also used to install it, as it needed it for it's license as well.
I'm talking about 'Webmin.' A web-based interface for system administration for Unix. I have it installed on all of my linux boxes. It's a great tool and simple to install. My AES is the only server that doesn't have it and wanted to check first before installing it.
