Hi There

I'm on an install of new license on an AES 3.x server.

I need to remove the old licence first at the linux prompt but I just have the Cust password.

there are something I can try? maybe the default root password.

There is no default root password for the AES server. The customer should have recieved it at install. The license file is installed and removed through the WebLM. You need the admin password for the WebLM interface which the customer should have also been provided.
