AES, IP Agent and Auto Answer

Hi All,

We have recently connected up AES to control an IP agent state. We have not got any issues with the application, AES or IP Agent with the exception of 1 little "issue".

When the agent logs in, they need to manually answer the first call they get. Everytime after that, there are no problems with the IP Agent auto answering.

Can anyone point me in a right direction to start looking at this issue?

I had this same issue initially.
Make sure the "Auto Answer" setting matches on the station form and the agent form for the agent logging into that stating.
Make sure there are at least 2 call appearences programmed on the station.
Program a headset button on the station, and make sure it is active.
Configure IP Agent for Auto Answer in the Application.
Now when the agents log in they will auto answer the initial call playing the conf. tone and then the call will end.
