Is anyone using advocate, can you give me brief outline of what it does and benefits it provides.

I found the documentation on Avaya site - but just want brief overview

From my understanding - (very little), it pulls agents (that are pre-defined) from other skills to assist in the skills that are exceeding or nearing their Service Levels. I don't know if it puts them back though...

Service level maximizer is another flavor I think. .

There have been discussions on this within tek-tips. You can do a search for a more defined meaning.
