Advice on removing Exchange server 1

I have an Excchange 5.5 server within a worldwide network, this server is now redundant as the office has closed. Within our site container there is 2 servers, all roles have been transfered to the other server (months ago), leaving the old server with no tasks left to do.

What is the procedure for removing this server?
