advice on getting experience

Hi. I am recently certified CCNA. I also am MCP and A+.
I do tech support currently and was wondering if anyone can advise me on ways to get experience as CCNA. Also ways to sharpen my knowledge.I read some of your posts and I am envious of your Cisco knowledge.how can I get where you are.
Also email me any good sites or materials that may help.
