Hi

We are currently piloting citrix in a win 2000 environment. we are using Citrix Metaframe.
I am in the process of investigating what can be done with our laptop users?
Can anyone advise or recommend the policies that they are currently using in their environments?
What do I need to be wary of? We are publishing our applications and using group policy.
What about outllok 2000, at the moment in our non citrix environment users dial into ras and then use outlook as if they are on the LAN, what can I do about this? How do I get them to use their outbox so they write the message and send later?

DO you recommend running citrix through RAS or should it just be limited to worksation users and thin client box users.

Please advise, I've got applications running with a published application office toolbar, but am at alossas to how to deal with the laptop users, especially when it comes to using outlook98.

Thanks
