When setting up the advertisement for a package, you select the "Schedule" tab, and then enable the "Advertisement Start Time", well the time displayed in meant to be the current time, but in our case it is the current time minus 1 hour. This can cause problems if it is not adjusted as for some deployments we are relying on the server and PC's to not be in use.
