I've tried searching for information on Active Directory Integrated DNS and I can only find information on how to implement it. I want to know what the advantages and disadvantages of it are. So far I like it because when you add a new DNS server it picks up the AD-integrated DNS entries, and when you add a new entry on one DNS server it shows up on the other without you having to manually create a secondary entry. But what are its downfalls? What would be some reasons I might not want to make my entire DNS AD-integrated?

For info on AD-Integrated see this link:

The only downfall I experienced was when my AD database became currupt, not only did it mess up my AD but is also messed the DNS because both were integrated. When one went down it took the other. Luckily to resolve the issue I dropped the DNS into a Primary/Seconday environment, repaired AD and moved it back to integrated.
