Advanced System Management Controller driver in Windows 2003

I just installed Server 2003 on a Proliant 3000. So far everything seems to be okay except for the fact that I can not get the Advanced System Management controller to take the updated driver off the HP website, which means none of the system agents will work. Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a solution?
