Advanced queue failed to deliver message

We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 on Win2k3 SP2 along with GFI Mail Security and Mail Essentials.

A couple of users reported today that they did not receive some messages. I tracked the emails and this is what it tells me...

10/17/2007 8:47am SMTP: Advanced queue failed to deliver message.

I have googled the above message and found quite a few things point to GFI being the problem.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

I know that issues with advanced queue almost always involve some 3rd-party add-on like GFI's. I would check in the GFI knowledge base, and consider temporarily disabling some of the GFI sub-services and see if it makes a difference. Trouble is that you need to find a reproduceable problem so that you can test...
