Advanced menues

Recently a website has been created for my rugby team

however more information is need to add to the site the best way i have found it for it to go like this one

http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/

so when you roll over the menues at the top it produces a drop down menue

so what i want is when i roll over fixtures i want 1st 2nd 3rd colts etc to come in a drop down menue so i can choose them

any suggest how to do this in dreamweaver
