ADSL WIC Supported IOS

I just bought a router off eBay, but how am I suppose to download the newest IOS? I just get the run-around at Cisco's site. Where can I get an IOS that supports an ADSL WIC? Thanks.

What model router and wic card do you have?

Check the following sight for IOS and router compabilities. I noticed an earlier post which someone mentioned a program called ioshunter which you can use to search for ios images. You cannot download from Cisco without a smartnet cco user account. Most used goods purchased from ebay do not qualify for smartnet.

I did download IOSHunter, but unless I buy it, I can't get any IOS made after 2002. Thanks for your help.

What IOS do you have on your router now?

I just found Version 12.3(6) and that seems to recognize the WIC. I think this one will work. Thanks.
