Adressee's disappear from TO: box in Outlook 2003

Hello,

I have a user who when adding adressee's from his contact list finds that they will just disappear. For no apparent reason, some of the multiple adressee's will disappear from the TO: box or the CC: box.

It is Office 2003 on a Windows 2000 box with Exchange 2003.

The messages are being sent to the "disappearing" addressee's though.
