I have pagemaker 6.5 and Illustrator 9.0. When I place
an eps. Illustrator file in pagemaker, the image both on screen and when printed come out bitmapped. How can I get
the images to import without rasterizing?
Thanks-John

An eps is never rasterized, The screen version of your eps will always look bad, but all the information is in the placed file so don't worry about it.
Now for the printing matter.
An eps is an Encapsulated Postcript file, so for good printing results you should print to a postcript printer or use a postcript emulator, otherwise the printis will always look bad.

Hope this helps

Thanks Grillhouse! I will look into
the postscript emulator.
