ADMT v2.0 or v3.0???

I have a child domain(mx.yy.com) and a parent domain(yy.com). I wish to bring all of the user/computer accounts from the child domain(because we wish to eliminate it from our network). We want to migrate the child domain into an OU instead. I need to keep passwords, permissions, etc in place. SO, which ADMT should I use? v2.0 or v3.0?? Is there any difference?? The DC in the child domain is Win2K and the DC's in the parent domain are Win2K3 R2.

Any help would be appreciated.

Always use the latest version of ADMT. Feature wise they are all the same, functionally the newer versions have "fixed" known issues.
