Administrative Tools folder items missing

Does anyone know how to recover the items within the Administrative tools? I lost all of them. I restart the server twice. I do not have anything in there. Is there such a thing as System restore in Servers? I scanned the server and there are no viruses or any adware/spyware. Any help is greatful

It is very nice to be important but it is very important to be nice.

re-run adminpak.msi from the cd
i think it is in the support / tools folder...
