Hi,
for a project the agent are going to used their telephone as normal telephone extension like a normal administrative phone. we want to record 100 % of the calls on those station.. Is this possible with nice ? how can we enable that ? do we need specific tools/licence from nice ?

yes this is possible.

as long as the extension button is monitored via the cti link and the extension is in the map files you should be ok.

BUT....

If you are recording trunkside you'll only pick these calls up if they go outside, you won't catch any internal traffic.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
 
Sounds like you're looking to start from scratch so you want to look at purchasing an extension side logger with total recording licenses. If you only have a small number of extensions a Nice Call Focus will probably be the cheapest option.
 
What voice platform are you running? Nice cover the majority of platforms including Meridian and Cisco IP tel.
