Administer Training Category And Subcategory Structure needed

Hello, I am working on setting up Administer Training functionality for a regional government which consists of different groups such as Corporate Training, Public Works, Long Term Care etc.

Each group has specific training requirements and I wanted to utilize the Category/Subcategory functionality.

Does anyone have a sample structure government and non government?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
