Hello,

I've installed for my father company a Windows 2003 Server on a IBM Xseries server.

This server is Domain Controler, DNS, File, Backup and print server.

The problem is that I loosed the password of the only Domain administrator which is the administrator account.

Others users of the domain doesn't have admin rights, they are not member of the Domain admin group and the policy prevent a domain user to login on the server.

Does anyone have an idea ho to change this password ? I can without problem stop the server to run some tools.

I used some years ago a software called Winternal for a Windows 2000 server. Does anyone has tried on a Windows 2003 Server with raid 1 disk ?

Thanks in advance for your help

Do you have the local administrator password for the macine?

The server is the (only) Domain Controler, no more local user accounts...

all the windows hack tools i've seen or used tend to ruin your machine, either messing up registries or infecting with viruses.
