Admin Password Help for WINXP Home

I cant recall ever being prompted for a Admin password during the install of XP Home. Due to this,I cant use Recovery Console,etc. More than likely I was prompted for this pssword to be entered during install...I just dont remember. I know for a fact that the PRO OS's require a ADMIN password during install but....

Is there anyway around this(with XP Home) without resorting to "REINSTALLATION" ? Advice and comments please.

When Recovery Console asks for a password, just hit the Enter key.
