Admin Pack on Xp machines?

So is there a way to administer a 2000 server using Xp? i know the adminpak.msi won't work on xp but is there another way around it? i have a taskpad that i created and i would like for one person to be able to use it on there local machine. i don't want to allow the person to TS in the server.
