I installed tightvnc on all clients and all servers. This is a free remote control that allows you to run any machine from a remote pc. It also allows multiple users to remotely control the same machine. I worked on a server that was in another city, while a freind helped me work on it, and he was in another COUNTRY! By putting it on all my machines, if a client has a problem, I can look at it without leaving my desk.
