address in use help

hi there,

plz help me, i m stuck, i have a chat program over a lan and it runs fine the first time i run it ,then when i close it and go to run it a gain and try to connec to the other computer then i get an error "address in use" what causes this ,help


i have 2 winsock controls and both running (tcp) not (udp) i need it this way because i want to be able to transfer files as well.
