Hi, I have a query about being able to allow users to select contacts from a mailbox address book. For example, user 1 has outlook and their own personal address book. They also have access to a mailbox that other users use, say called Finance. When they select a new email message and click on the "To" button, they can only see the company wide glabal address book, their personal address book but not the Finance mailbox addresses. How can I allow it so that they have access to the finance address book? At the minute I have simply imported the Finance contacts into their personal contacts, but this is not ideal as the contacts change regularly.
