Address Book Locking up w/ MS Word

Got a user that is trying to use MS Word to write her emails and everytime she clicks on the TO button to get an address, the window freezes. She's running Outlook 2002, from Office XP.
When I uncheck the checkbox to use Word to write emails, the contact list works fine. Doesn't freeze. Any ideas?

Try renaming email.dot?? Just a guess.

email.dot is to Outlook (while using Word as the email editor) as normal.dot is to Word.
