Okay, as the IT guy for a fairly small agency, I have a user with an additional mailbox in his folder list of Outlook 2003. It looks as if there is two instance of the same Mailbox – User name. When I rename a subfolder in one Mailbox it changes in the other Mailbox. Both Mailboxes show up under “Deliver new e-mail to the following location”
For some reason I can't remove one of the mailbox from the Folder List. I follow the process of a KB article on removing a Mailbox from your Folder List with no success.
I went to =>View or change existing e-mail accounts => Microsoft Exchange Server => More Settings => Advanced tab => but nothing shows up in the additional mailbox scroll list.
This only became a problem because I am having issues synching the user contacts with his Blackberry.
For what it's worth:
Users machine = WinXP
MS Outlook 2003
MS Exchange 2003
MS Win2003 Server for SBS
Thoughts? Ideas? More Info?
Thanks in advance.
