How can I add additional headings to the Lotus Notes Address Book Display. The default is (Name, Phones, Business), I'd like to add work address, home address, & comments to the display

I believe in order to do this, you have to have Designer installed. If you have Designer, go to Actions -> View Options -> Design. This will open the view in the Designer where you can add columns.
