Additional Domain can't join

Dear Everybody..

i've DC using OS Windows 2000 server.

and I would like additional domain controller for that domain. but when i dcpromo appear error..

Access denied...

when i look event viewer. event id 5789 (netlogon)
attempt to update DNS host name of computer object in the active directory failed

any solution for this problem.

note : i just learn DC in windows 2000 server
