Hello All,
Trying to do a excel form.
Now I have 2 fields, where user is to enter a numeric value.
On the first field (J6) I want to alert the user that the value entered in the field should be not more than 18 and Alert Message "Number of months remaing cannot exceed 18"

For the second field (J10) also same concept but validate & noftify if the value is less than 6 and Alert Message "Minimum 6 Month Extension Required"

Please help..

Nissan.

Click on the field you want to validate. On the menu bar go to 'Data' and then 'Validation'. There are a few tabs within 'Validation' where you can set the requirements along with input message and error alert.

Super ....Thanks a million...
