OK, I have NEVER worked with SCO before, but very familar with AIX. Can somebody help me with adding a user to a SCO system. I found the scoadmin command, but i am unable to edit the groups, or permisions. Also, I get into some password thing that just keeps prompting me to enter first choice for password. Is there a an easy way to add a user and give them admin permisions?

My guess is that you are not logged in as root. You should be logged in as root when you add users to the system.

What exactly do you mean by "admin permisions"? "Root" is the admin user of unix. Your administrators should log in as root when they are making admin level changes, or should use the "su" command. Although it is technically possible to set up a user with root equivalency, it is not something I recommend (for security reasons), especially since you are so new to SCO. Achieving such a thing requires manual editing of the password file.
