I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to add two different dates together? I have a Birthday date that I would like to take the month and day from and add it to a Date of Hire date that I would like to take the Year from. Something like this:

Birthday 2/16/69
Date Of Hire 5/18/00

Final Date would be: 2/16/00

I would like to be able to do this with a formula in the control source of a field on my form in Access. The Final Date needs to be in a Date format, not text, since I need to use the Final date for a calculation. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

txtDate = DateSerial(Year([Date Of Hire]), Month([Birthday]), Day([Birthday])) Terry L. Broadbent
