My company just bought a new PO form. I could not find any from in Macola that print out the same layout as our new layout on the PO. I can redesign the new form but I do not know how to add a text section in a form. All I need is to add the "Authorized By" in the bottom of the form with a line next to it for signature. How do you add Text field to a form that was copied (form 60) in Macola?

The only problem I'm having with this issue is adding Literal. How do you add Literal in Form Design?

In form designer, open the form you want to edit, then goto page 2, click on the section of the form you want to edit ex. header, line items, sub totals or trailer. This will give you a list of all the lines that will be printed in that section. Double click the empty line below the last line. You will then be able to select "LITERAL" from the field name listbox. Select the line number, start and size,You can then type the text you want to display in the text box at the end. Hope this helps.

It helped a lot. I was able to resolved that problem. How do I remove some line that is already. I know how to add the Literal field but I need to remove some of the existing field as well. Thanks for the help

This issue is closed. I was able to remove any line in a field by hitting the 'Delete' button.
