Can anyone tell me how to add a password to a particular page on my site? I know there will be people who can get around it but that doesn't matter.

Thanks in advance

Use asp

on first page have a form that submits to the second page in the form have a password box. On second page just check the password is valid and redirect if not Live long and make your kids suffer..

Ujavascript if it isn't critical, here is a link to a decent one:

Use server-side if it is critical.
If it's a unix web server, go to
look for ace-password in the scripts section & .htaccess in the tutorials section, this is a bit more complex but very secure When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
